GIK Acoustics has had major growth this year and with that we are now needing to add to our room design team!

GIK ACOUSTICS ROOM DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibility is to respond to customer’s inquiry for acoustic advice and field questions pertaining to room setup and room acoustics. Ideal candidate would have a background in music (pro-audio / mixing), a general understanding of room acoustics, and consulting / customer service experience.

Our Room Designers apply fundamental scientific principles to find solutions that improve sound quality or reduce noise in interior spaces.

Room Designer duties include planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers. Responsibilities include: answering questions, suggesting and recommending GIK products, preparing correspondences, creating estimates, taking customer orders, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Candidates must be professional and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

GIK Acoustics provides training, a positive team environment, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a growing industry. We consider remote prospects depending on qualifications.
The position offers a traditional work schedule during normal business hours in the US.
