Refund policy

1. General Terms
 • Standard, in-stock items are eligible for return for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 calendar days of receipt. Custom items (e.g. Acoustic Art Panels), fabric by the yard, insulation products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process
 • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number, date of receipt, photos if applicable.
 • You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged through transit.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
 • Once we receive the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund of the product cost (excluding original shipping and return shipping).
 • Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days depending on your bank/credit card.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods
 • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may request that you keep all packaging for inspection. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund of the product and shipping.

5. Exclusions & Final Sale Items
 • Items specifically marked “non-returnable”, B-stock or clearance, custom orders, or fabric by the yard are final sale and not returnable unless defective.
