Shipping policy
At GIK Acoustics, every product is built by hand and made to order. Due to strong demand, production times are longer than usual — but we're working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible. To keep it fair for all customers, we process and ship orders in the exact order they are received.
Order Processing & Build Times
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with your confirmed ship date within two business days. From there, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Current lead times are 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Every order is built to your exact specifications in our facility, not pulled from stock. Lead times may vary depending on the products and customisations involved.
If your order is delayed beyond the confirmed ship date for any reason, we'll notify you with an updated timeline.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship via trusted national carriers. Transit times vary based on location and carrier schedules, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery is curbside unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for ensuring accessibility and receiving the shipment.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original estimate. GIK Acoustics is not responsible for such delays.
Damaged Shipments
We pack all orders carefully to ensure safe arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange replacements or repairs quickly.
Backorders & Stock Availability
In the rare event that a material or component is on backorder, we will notify you right away and provide an estimated ship date. You will have the option to wait, modify, or cancel your order.
