PIB™ Vocal Booth Pro

Each PIB V2 is constructed with our usual 2" high quality absorbent materials for exceptional sound absorption, targeting frequencies down to 250Hz—far outperforming traditional foam vocal shields. The PIBs feature hinged panels with recessed plate cutouts, updated piano hinges, and upgraded clasps for smooth folding and storage. On their own, PIBs already offer substantial noise reduction and sound control in any room. But when paired together and topped with the included flush-fit ceiling panel, the PIB Pack becomes a true freestanding acoustic booth—surrounding your recording space with absorption on three sides and above.

Unlike small foam-based shields that only treat the back of the microphone, the PIB Pack surrounds the performer on multiple sides with full-size acoustic panels—minimizing reflections from the walls and the ceilings. The overhead ceiling panel ensures direct sound from the voice doesn’t reflect off the ceiling and back into the microphone, delivering cleaner, drier, more in-focus sounding recordings and better results for all applications.

Best of all, the components remain versatile. Each PIB V2 can still be used independently—standing on its own as a gobo panel or used in isolation as part of a larger recording setup. The ceiling panel is lightweight and designed to fit easily onto the top edges of the PIBs without tools or mounting hardware, so the entire unit assembles and disassembles in minutes.
