Where are your panels shipped from?
We build and ship all products locally from our regional facilities to keep delivery times fast and customs hassle-free:
Americas – Orders are made and shipped from our Atlanta, Georgia facility.
United Kingdom & Rest of World – Orders are fulfilled from our Bradford, UK location.
European Union – Orders are built and shipped from our Kielce, Poland facility.
Can I pick up my order in person to avoid shipping costs?
Yes! Customers near our Atlanta (USA), Bradford (UK), or Kielce (Poland) facilities can arrange local pickup for their orders.
Please note that our panels are large, so be sure to bring a suitably sized vehicle — even a few panels may not fit in a small car.

What shipping company do you use?
We use multiple shipping companies globally, it depends on where you are ordering from. Within North America, we ship using FedEx Ground. For the rest of the world, we use FedEx, UPS, GLS, DPD, and other carriers. For large orders (over 10 boxes) we can also ship via Freight. I just placed my order – when will I receive it?
Thanks for your order!
Every GIK product is built by hand and made to order. Once your order is placed, it’s added to our production queue within 1 business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation followed by status updates as your build progresses. Our typical build time is 7-10 working days, but production times can vary.
As soon as your order leaves our Atlanta facility, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping times may vary slightly based on carrier schedules and distance from Georgia.
We appreciate your patience as we handcraft your products and will keep you updated every step of the way.
I ordered the wrong item. How can I return a product?
All of our products are 100% Guaranteed. You may return items for a full refund (excluding custom products) within 30 days. We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping – the cost to send products to you and the cost to ship returns back to us. The entire purchase price of the products will be refunded as soon as we receive the panels. We want every customer to be happy with our products and our service. Can I order custom sized panels?
Absolutely! We can manufacture acoustic panels and bass traps to your exact specifications — from compact sizes to oversized, statement pieces.
Choose from our 20 premium Camira Cara fabrics, known for their rich color range, durable weave, and professional finish — ideal for both performance and aesthetics. If you’re looking for a specific match, we also offer Guildford of Maine fabrics on request.

What is the difference between GIK products and others?
There’s a difference between a GIK Acoustics product and all others on the market. We separate ourselves from other acoustic treatment manufacturers in 6 primary areas.

GIK Acoustics products are beyond simple do-it-yourself panels that are found on the market today. We start with only the highest-quality materials that will not sag or leak over time, then we build every panel by hand employing a unique two-frame system.

When it comes to improving the sound quality in a room, many find the science to be overwhelming and the task of DIY’ing acoustic treatments to be daunting. As part of our commitment to our customers, GIK Acoustics provides Educational Articles and Videos to demystify room acoustics. It’s long been our goal to help customers truly understand how sound behaves in a space and the importance and benefits of proper room treatment.

Over the past 10 years, GIK Acoustics has pioneered a number of acoustic treatments that you can’t find anywhere else. From the Tri-Trap Corner Bass Trap© to our Soffit Bass Trap© to the built in Scatter Plate, GIK continues to innovate.

It’s our commitment to use environmentally safe materials for all our products. We use Greensafe absorption material, eco-friendly wood and we offer customers recycled fabric options as well. Greensafe means GIK Acoustics products are friendlier on air quality, the environment, and your budget. GIK Acoustics products are not only Greensafe, but they carry a Class A fire rating which means we continue to provide our clients with the safest most effective products available. The Class A fire rating means that GIK Acoustics treatments have received the highest rating possible under the ASTM E84, a test used by code officials and regulatory agencies in the acceptance of interior finish materials.
Do you have a showroom? Can I come visit GIK Acoustics?

We build our acoustic treatments to deliver lasting performance and reliability. Each panel is made with premium materials and a precision-engineered frame that ensures superior acoustic control and durability—far beyond simple fabric-wrapped insulation.
Our proprietary frame design, recognized by U.S. Patent 9,091,060, is featured in the FlexRange® Acoustic Panels and FlexRange® Bass Traps line, delivering consistent, lab-tested performance across the frequency spectrum.
To keep your panels looking their best, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight on fabric-covered surfaces.
Are your products fire rated?
Glad you asked! Whether placing acoustic treatments in your home or in a commercial setting, you want to be sure that they are safe. GIK Acoustics products are not only Greensafe, but they carry a Class A fire rating which means we continue to provide our clients with the safest most effective products available.

Okay, I get it. Your products are large. But really, what size box should I expect?
You can expect large, well-protected boxes. Typical parcel sizes range from 19″ × 19″ × 6″ for smaller panels up to 24″ × 60″ × 12″ for larger traps and freestanding units.
We’ll always choose the best box size (or combination) to keep your order safe in transit — so while the boxes might be big, your panels will arrive protected and ready to install.
