Important Update: GIK has been a build-to-order solution for your acoustic needs for years. As we have been conveying the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted us greatly. Delays have impacted us on all aspects of our supply chain – employee issues, raw materials supplies, and shipping issues. These problems have been ongoing and we continue to have these issues, we are doing everything in our ability to get ahead of them. Please continue to understand and work with us as we continue to work 7 days a week on getting this back in line with what we have always done, supply our customers with the opportunity to get custom made products in a timely fashion. Because of this, we have had inquiries about shipping and delivery: these times can vary for us, and you could experience shipping times could take over a month.

We will be updating and communicating all changes as we know and can confirm. The value of information and communication is where we have made a priority within the entire organization.
